Dano's Recipes
TIRAMISU

400 ml espresson coffee
125 ml marsala
50 ml kahlua
50 ml brandy
2 tsp vanilla
4-5 eggs, separated
100 gm caster sugar
500 gm mascarpone
Cocoa for dusting
150 gm good quality dark chocolate, grated
300 gm savoiardi biscuits


Combine coffee, marsala, Kahlua, brandy and vanilla. 
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks and caster sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Fold in mascarpone.  Beat eggwhites until soft peaks form, then fold into yolk mixture.

Layer it all out in a large dish.
