Dano's Recipes
PIZZA DOUGH

1 ½ cups of warm water
2tsp dried yeast, 7g, 1 sachet
Pinch caster sugar
600g plain flour, 4 cups
1 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
Extra oil for greasing

Combine water, yeast and sugar in small bowl.  Set aside for 5 minutes or until foamy. Combine flour and salt in large bowl.  Make a well in centre and pour in the yeast mix and oil.
Brush a bowl with oil.  Knead dough mix for 10 mins until elastic.  Place in the greased bowl and turn to coat in oil.  Cover with cling wrap and set aside in warm place, at least 30 minutes, or double in size.
Punch the dough and knead again.
